Martin’s directing style is character-driven, text-focused and atmospheric, while Andrea’s is imaginative, supportive and empowering.

Together, they collaborate across the distance—Andrea working closely with the cast in rehearsals, while Martin builds the world of the show through stunning set design and creative detail. Their partnership, built on trust and shared ideas, creates something truly special ✨
